Customer service was amazing. I , really appreciate the honesty of the doctor and technician. I hope that honesty stays in their policy.
I did, however, call before i made an appointment to ask about coolsculpting for my neck/chin area. I asked specifics and prices but was told that prices were to be discussed with the consultation. I explained that I would be driving from an hour and a half away, and reiterated many times that I wanted my neck/chin coolsculpted. Reception did not inform me that you guys didn't have the right equipment for that. So I drove 1 hour and 30+ minutes to be told that I was out of luck with coolsculpting.
Please be aware of what your clients are asking for on the phone. If the technician and doctor hadnt been so helpful and honest during my consultation, my rating would only be 1 star.
