They are amazing! Always have been. I've been going there for years and won't go anywhere else. They always make an effort to get me in and out quickly, even without an appointment. I asked for a transmission fluid flush one time because I thought my car needed it based on the mileage and they checked my fluids and said I didn't need it. A lot of places would have just done it because I asked, regardless of it was necessary or not. Even yesterday, the work they needed to do was taking longer than expected and I was on my lunch break and needed to get back to work. An employee let me take their personal car to go back to work. Not many places will go to that level to give excellent service. Would highly recommend!

I went for oil change ... and was told it would take 30 minutes.

they found my air filter needed to be replaced ... so I told them yes ... and the filter was sent to the wrong shop!!

So, I was there for over an hour!!!! :+(

As in so many visits my wife and I have made for car upkeep, Greenville Auto Repair once again exceeded my expectations for friendly, highly professional, and honest service. Having heard a little brake noise, I asked GAR to check for wear and, if necessary, to go forward with whatever service they thought was needed. At midday I received a personal call from acting manager Roseanne who informed me that I had about 40% left on my brakes and that service was not needed at this time. I wonder how many other garages would have simply gone forward with an unnecessary repair to increase their daily take? I thanked Roseanne and her staff for their (always) honest appraisal and assured her that my business would be theirs when the time came. Gary
